Role
Virtual Assistant / Graphic Designer / Animator for a direct client, Dr. Shadi Yessam (Athena Company, Makati). May 2020 to March 2026, project-based.
Goal
Keep one client supplied with social posts, infographics, promo layouts and motion key frames across business, hospitality and healthcare topics.
What I did
  • Made graphic and animation materials from the client’s requirements, feedback and specs.
  • Revised designs against feedback while several projects ran on deadline.
  • Handled admin tasks and client requests alongside the creative work.
  • Client communication: took requests directly from the client, confirmed what was needed, and turned feedback into revisions.
